FEE STRUCTURE
LONG TERM PLACEMENTS
FULL TIME
A nanny that works more than 4 months and 35 or more hours per week.
$500 Initiation Fee (non-refundable) to begin the search and will be applied to the final Placement Fee
+
15% of annual compensation, with a minimum of $7800
Includes a 4-month replacement guarantee and On-Call Sitter Annual Membership for 1 year
LONG TERM PLACEMENTS
PART TIME
A nanny that works more than 4 months and 30 to 34 hours per week.
$500 Initiation Fee (non-refundable) to begin the search and will be applied to the final Placement Fee

16% of annual compensation, with a minimum of $7800
Includes a 3-month replacement guarantee and On-Call Sitter Annual Membership for 1 year
TEMPORARY OR SUMMER
NANNIES
A nanny that works more than 4 months or less.
$500 Initiation Fee (non-refundable) to begin the search and will be applied to the final Placement Fee
+
20% of annual compensation, with a minimum of $4500
Includes a 30-day replacement guarantee for placements longer than 2 months
BABY NIGHT NURSE
OR DOULA
Specialized care for newborns.
$500 Initiation Fee (non-refundable) to begin the search and will be applied to the final Placement Fee
+
20% of annual compensation, with a minimum of $4800
SPECIALTY PLACEMENTS
Includes but is not limited to live-in nannies, household managers, housekeepers, home educators, personal assistants, and family assistants.
$500 Initiation Fee (non-refundable) to begin the search and will be applied to the final Placement Fee

20% of annual compensation, with a minimum of $8500
ON-CALL BABYSITTER
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Unlimited on-call babysitting services for 1 year.
$2500 membership fee valid for 1 year (52 weeks)
SEARCH INITIATION FEE - $500 (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Due upon signing the agreement

Covers the initial consultation, job description creation, and initial sourcing of candidates.

This fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total placement fee.
PROGRESS FEE - $1,000 (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Due 30 days from the date of signing the agreement

Covers continued candidate sourcing, interviews, background screening coordination, and client support during the selection process.

FINAL PLACEMENT FEE

Due upon hiring of a nanny, prior to the nanny's official date

The final placement fee is determined based on the nanny's annual salary and the agency’s standard percentage-based or flat-rate pricing structure, as outlined below.

The $500 Search Initiation Fee and $1,000 Progress Fee will be deducted from the total placement fee.
